Dr. Jason Laningham grew up in Conroe and Montgomery with his twin brother Jeremy, who was also his co-valedictorian at Conroe High School. He then received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University before attending medical school at UT Galveston Branch.

He completed his family practice residency at Memorial Family Practice in Houston before returning home where he joined Sadler Clinic as a Family Practice Physician. Jason has additional experience working as a Medical Director for two local nursing homes. Jason’s special interests are sports medicine, preventative care for adults and children, diabetes, and promoting healthy lifestyles for adults.

Jason’s wife Jennifer Laningham is also in the medical field serving the community as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner. They have a seven-year-old daughter named Jaicie Rose Laningham.

Jason enjoys attending the Woodlands Church activities, working with computers, reading, weight lifting and collecting sports memorabilia.

His interests include lifting weights, healthy cooking and eating, watching football, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his extended family. He focuses on self-improvement and personal growth – mentally, physically and spiritually.
